DDLETB Head Office awarded the IBEC Keep Well Mark accreditation

The Keep Well Mark is a national workplace wellbeing accreditation developed by IBEC. It recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence across a structured set of wellbeing standards.

To earn this accreditation, organisations must undergo an independent, evidence-based assessment across key areas, including:

  • Leadership and Culture
How we promote and role‑model a healthy, supportive workplace.
  • Physical Activity and Healthy Eating
Initiatives that encourage healthier daily habits.
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing Supports
Systems such as Employee Assistance Programmes and awareness initiatives.
  • Absence Management and Policies
Clear, supportive procedures for managing attendance and employee wellbeing.
  • Health & Safety Management
Compliance, training, and proactive safety practices.
  • Workplace Environment
How the physical workspace supports comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

This is a significant achievement for DDLETB.  It demonstrates that DDLETB meets recognised standards of best practice and reflects the value we place on staff health, safety, and wellbeing. Congratulations!
