On Friday, February 2nd the entire school community came together to celebrate our ETB Ethos and core values of excellence in education, equality, respect, care, and community in the most wonderful way at Scoil Cholim Community National School.

Learners performed songs as an expression of the core values and learners, school staff and parents spoke and paid tribute to the amazing community spirit in Scoil Cholim.

The event was a fantastic opportunity for the school to invite the most important people in the children’s lives into the school. It was chance for the community to see the children perform and to celebrate the wonderful learners, the beautiful school, dedicated staff, and supportive parents.

The event was attended by An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, Minister Roderick O’Gorman, Minister Jack Chambers, DDLETB CE Caitriona Murphy, DDLETB Head Office representatives and local delegates.
